What I collect

• What you send me. Your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, and anything you type into the quote form — including photos of a nest or insect.
• How you found me. Standard website analytics: the pages you viewed, the site or search that referred you, and general location at city level. This is not tied to your name.
• Our conversations. Calls to my business line may be recorded, and you'll hear a notice at the start of the call if they are. Texts and emails are kept so I have a record of the job.

What I use it for

Quoting your job, turning up to it, invoicing it, and following up afterwards. That's it. I don't sell leads, I don't run ad retargeting off your details, and I don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Text messages

If you give me your mobile number and tick the consent box on the quote form — or text me first — I may text you about your job: confirming a time, telling you I'm on my way, sending a quote, or following up on work I've done.

Message frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, orHELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't stop me phoning or emailing you about a job you've booked.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else touches your information

Only the services I need to run the business, and only so they can do that job for me:

• My scheduling, invoicing and messaging system, which stores your job details and our message history.
• The telephone and email providers that carry my calls, texts and email.
• Website hosting and analytics, and the payment processor if you pay by card — I never see or store your full card number.

None of them are allowed to use your information for their own marketing. I don't sell your personal information to anyone.

How long I keep it

Job records stay while you're a customer and for as long afterwards as I need them for tax, warranty and licensing reasons. If you'd like your details deleted sooner, ask me and I'll do it, apart from anything I'm legally required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or tell me to stop contacting you. Just get in touch — no forms, no process.

Children

This is a pest control business. The site isn't aimed at children and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
